Go Learn! Adult Learners Art Group
The Adult Art Group that meets in Market Harborough each week created artwork representing what Harborough means to them.
Through the ‘We Are Harborough’ project they have enjoyed exploring local places, such as the museum and library, Market Harborough town centre, Welland Park and Foxton Locks.
The group used clay, cardboard and paints to create their artworks. They also created a scrapbook with more of their creative ideas and thoughts about Harborough, which is on display in the exhibition.
You can see the art works in the ‘We Are Harborough’ exhibition until August 2023.
The Leicestershire Adult Learning Service offers a programme of courses across Leicestershire for adults aged 19 and above with learning difficulties and disabilities.
